"I" is for Ikea Hack

Rationell Variera plastic bag dispenser = play weapons holster

My 4 year old buddy boy has a collection of play weapons strewn about our house, it was high time we corralled these playthings.

He found this Ikea plastic bag dispenser in the treasure trove which is our basement and we put it to good use:

Simply screw it into the base of the bunk bed:

The perfect spot next to the ladder, out of the flow of traffic (and away from his sisters):

Because you always need your weapons close by:

That just may be the best IKEA hack ever!

I had to LOL because these boys love their weapons! Even my 2 year old carries my sewing ruler down the back of his shirt like it is some samurai sword! Haha. Anyhow, great idea!

Such a great idea. My boys are just now getting into that whole superhero age, I'll have to remember this one. I even have one of those ikea bag holders somewhere.
